Ryan's Mathsoul Poster

Ryan contracting are fitting out their first major high-rise project. Because a corridor was widened Ryan needs to get a revised position for the duct offset wall approved by the architect and owner. The new position proposed for the offset wall is shown in the diagram.

Changes like this can be made to;  resolve problems not identified during initial planning, meet new requests from owners and architects, or to work-around difficulties with the supply of specified materials or construction services. These changes typically involve additional costs, and one of the most important aspects of profitable project management is documenting these variations, and prior agreement on who will meet the additional costs.
